Mike Parris lives and breathes fishing! After years in a remote desk job behind a computer, Mike made the bold decision to relocate to Jeffreys Bay, one of South Africa's most stunning coastal towns. He did this with one goal in mind: to pursue his deep love for the ocean and fishing.

An incredibly educational angler, Mike thrives on teaching and sharing his skills with others. Conservation is at the core of his philosophy, and he’s a passionate advocate for tagging and releasing fish to help protect our ecosystems. When he's not fishing, you'll still find Mike near the water—if the waves are too big for good fishing action, he loves catching a wave instead!

Mike’s best fishing buddy is his loyal dog, Luna, though he eagerly awaits the day his son, Morgy, is old enough to join him on his fishing adventures.
