Black Tail

Blacktail live in shallow waters with rocks and sand, usually found close to the shore where waves break. Adults like to hang out around rocky areas and can be seen in water up to 40 meters deep. They eat a variety of foods, such as seaweeds (both red and green), sea urchins, worms, sea anemones, limpets, mussels, and red bait. Young Blacktail fish mostly eat tiny crustaceans and worms.
