Fish 7 Nights Angola North

Northern Angola is a hidden gem for fishing enthusiasts, offering some of the most exciting angling opportunities in the region. Nestled along the banks of the majestic Kwanza River, our lodge provides direct access to one of Angola’s largest and most biologically diverse waterways. The river is home to an impressive variety of fish, including threadfin, tarpon, sailfish, and more.

What sets this destination apart is not just the variety of species, but the size and abundance of the catch. Offshore adventures offer the chance to reel in trophy tarpon (over 80kg!) and sailfish—renowned for their strength, speed, and dramatic aerial displays, making every fishing trip a memorable experience.

Activity Level

We know this region inside and out, and it consistently delivers when it comes to productive fishing. The area boasts an impressive range of species, and a wide variety of fishing techniques—such as topwater, bottom fishing, spinning, and live bait—are all highly effective here.

One of the greatest advantages of this destination is its diversity. With so many species in the area and multiple methods available, it's rare to have a day without action. Occasionally, certain species may be less active, but thanks to our carefully selected fishing seasons, you’re very likely to enjoy multiple high-energy, fish-filled sessions during your trip.
