The Experience
Experience an authentic African adventure in a remote location of Southern Angola with a high-quality tented camp setup, including warm water and electricity. We provide all meals and some soft drinks. Beer is available for purchase. The trip primarily focuses on spin fishing, with some opportunities for bait fishing if desired.
Our standard excursions offer a 7-night camping experience, featuring 6 days dedicated to pursuing fish along an expansive 40km stretch of pristine beach.
We've constructed a semi-permanent camp to ensure that, despite the rugged surroundings, you enjoy a comfortable stay. With warm water, electricity, and three hearty meals a day, you'll feel perfectly at home. This is where wilderness meets expertise.
Each group is limited to a maximum of 5 guests per vehicle and guide, while the camp itself can accommodate up to 10 guests, along with the necessary staff.
You have the option to book the entire camp privately for R200,000, or reserve as an individual, and we'll pair you with other adventurers.

We pride ourselves on transparency with our guests, even when it involves topics that many fishing guides might shy away from. The reality is that fish activity in southern Angola is typically quite robust, ensuring that you won't spend your day idly waiting. Our focus on predator fish means that the abundance of bait fish in the region plays a significant role. Most days, you can anticipate a flurry of activity—returning empty-handed is a rarity. Large shoals of shad frequently traverse the rocky ledges, and there are occasions when the catch is so plentiful that it borders on monotonous (yes, truly!). We employ a variety of fishing techniques to enhance your chances of success.

Weather:
The weather in southern Angola is mostly comfortable, but it can sometimes get chilly. Be sure to pack a warm top and long pants to wear while fishing and for sitting around the fire in the evenings.
- Adequate fishing attire is essential, as the humidity causes clothing to dry slowly. It is advisable to have a rotation of garments.
